A Quick Fix for NewsFlash and More!

So somehow a relative path bug for the logo slipped by us with the NewsFlash 0.12 release yesterday. And since we want the logos (both yours AND ours) to show up nicely, we've turned an 0.13 release. Sorry for the goof-up, but we're moving pretty fast around here.
